Differentiated 4^th Grade Spelling Homework

Choices for Spelling Homework (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

1. Type your words in three different fonts. (You can use the same paper.) (Example: solid, solid, solid)

2. Make a word search out of all of your words and find them. (See me for blank word search papers.)

3. Write your words in crayon using three different colors.

4. Write or type a short story using a minimum of 10 spelling words. Underline the words in your story. You can even illustrate it with clip art or by drawing the pictures.

5. Use newspapers or magazines to cut out your spelling words. Glue them on a piece of paper or put them in a Ziploc baggie.

6. Pyramid Writing – Pyramid write your spelling words.

7. Across and down – Write each spelling word across and down, sharing the same beginning letter.
