Georgia has many animals. The timber rattler is very poisonous. You have to be careful where you step around bushes and in woods. Another poisonous snake is the diamondback rattler. It can grow to be big. Its venom can make people very sick. Black bears, deer, possums, otters, and alligators are also found in Georgia. The swamp is filled with lots of different kinds of animals and plants. Sometime really big mosquitoes can be found in the south too. Take care of Georgia’s animals, but be careful when you are walking around. Animals don’t want to hurt you, but they might if they feel threatened.
