The Rio Grande River begins in Colorado. It flows through New Mexico. It goes along the border between Texas and Mexico. It empties into the Gulf of Mexico. It is 1,885 miles long. It is one of the longest rivers in the United States. In Mexico it is called Rio Bravo del Norte.
