Kindergarten
Walton - When studying ocean animals, Mrs. Walton's class did fish faces, used Kidspiration for fish facts, found pictures on the Internet, and wrote fish stories.
Loyd - Mrs. Loyd explained how she used the Starfall Web site. She had her students complete the Pumpkin Patch activity to decorate pumpkins, and then she printed the pumpkins and displayed them.
Crosby - Mrs. Crosby shared a Kidspiration activity in which her students made alphabet books. Each student chose a letter and pictures to go with it. Then all pages were put together to illustrate the entire alphabet.
Rideout - Mrs. Rideout used Kidspiration for her students to create a food pyramid. She also created a Wacona helpers book with digital pictures.
Allday - Mrs. Allday showed teachers a "quilt" that her students made. Each student created a letter page with illustrations in Kidspiration. Mrs. Allday printed the pages and glued them to a large sheet of paper to make an alphabet quilt.

First Grade
Reed - Mrs. Reed had a Technology Day in her classroom. Her students did research, did activities in Word with spelling words, wrote stories, used Kidspiration to talk about the parts of books (title, setting, etc.).
Brown - Mrs. Brown used Puzzlemaker to make puzzles with spelling words, then had students write sentences with spelling words on the back of the sheets.
King - Mrs. King shared a PowerPoint presentation about "The Life of Mr. Munchie." Mr. Munchie was a caterpillar, and the students had seen him grow and go through the butterfly life cycle. Then the students set him free. Mrs. King had taken pictures of this life cycle and put them into a PPT to demonstrate the entire life cycle.
Brasington - Mrs. Brasington shared a Web site (National Library of Virtual Manipulatives) with patterns for manipulatives for students to use during math time.
Yaun & Griffis - Mrs. Yaun and Mrs. Griffis shared a PowerPoint presentation of sight words that students can use.

Second Grade
Hewett - Mrs. Hewett used KidPix to have her students draw end-of-the-year pictures with text.
Dixon - Mrs. Dixon used a digital camera and created a Venn diagram with pictures of differences and similarities.
Spearman - Mrs. Spearman had her students create a chain story. Each student wrote a sentence and saved it in Word, then Mrs. Spearman put them together on long paper to make one story.
Shelton - Mr. Shelton shared the GLC Web site and showed teachers how to access lesson plans that are stored there. 
Newton - 

 
Third Grade
Shell - Mrs. Shell used Word for her students to write letters to second graders describing what third grade will be like.
Sampson - Mrs. Sampson did writing activities, including the revision process.
Tyre - Mrs. Tyre shared a Web site  ("Out on a Limb") to use with students demonstrating how to get along. 
Rentz - Mrs. Rentz shared a Simple Machines Web site. She also had students go into Inspiration and list machines, definitions, and examples of each.

Fourth Grade
Cowart - Mrs. Cowart used Word for her students to write Thanksgiving stories.
Cooper - Mrs. Cooper used Student Writing Center to have her students write narratives. The narratives had to contain three paragraphs, and students were required to edit and revise them.
Mason - 
Presnell - 

 
Fifth Grade
McCarthy - Mr. McCarthy had his students use Word for a writing assignment. They also learned how to change font styles, sizes, and colors.
Read - Mrs. Read had students work in groups to create PowerPoint presentations about World War II.
Tanner - Mrs. Tanner showed how to use comments in Word to make corrections and edit student papers.
Rarer - 

 
Special Education
Hooks & Wheeler - Mrs. Hooks and Mrs. Wheeler shared the Misunderstood Minds web site so that others can better understand students with learning difficulties.
Rhodes & Self - Ms. Rhodes and Mrs. Self shared a PowerPoint with their students' schedules. Students could print the PowerPoints and refer to them daily. 
Raulerson - Ms. Raulerson shared a Web site (http://www.4teachers.org) which has information about project based learning.
Woods - Mrs. Woods shared extension activites that she had her class create. The students used KidPix to make gingerbread men.

Other Areas
Williams - Mrs. Williams demonstrated a job exploration disk that describes careers for students.
Mims - Miss Mims shared a PowerPoint presentation showing art projects through the year. She shared pictures she'd taken with a digital camera. She also shared a color mixing site and an online art dictionary.
Eyles - Mrs. Eyles used Kidspiration to complete a sequencing activity with first graders. She also used Excel to put a bibliography in ABC order.
Jones - Dr. Jones shared a Web site (Teachers' Retirement System of Georgia) so that teachers can access information about their retirement accounts. 
Thigpen - Mrs. Thigpen shared a portion of her Media Center Web site (Teacher Resource Room) so that teachers can see what things are available for their use.
Gibson - Mrs. Gibson demonstrated how to make scrolling marquees for screensavers.
Mosely - Mr. Mosely shared the Discipline Help Web site, and showed teachers how to access information regarding various discipline problems and how to best handle them.
Howard - Ms. Howard shared menus that her students created in Word. Students had to come up with a theme for a restaurant, and then design a menu to go along with that theme. They had to add clipart to each menu.
