One day a caterpillar was in a tree and another caterpillar came up to him. “What is your name?" said the boy caterpillar. “My name is Trevor.”“Well hi, Trevor. My name is Maya.”
“Well hello.”The next day the caterpillars went to the bed bugs. It was a place for big big bugs. One day Trevor was walking along a branch. It broke all of a sudden and he fell off. Maya heard Trevor yell. So she saved him. Then she got a feeling it was time to get in her cocoon. Months went by until she changed. The next day Maya went to Trevor’s house. He was amazed!!! Then he said, “What happened to you?”
Maya said, “I turned into a butterfly! You’re going to be one someday.”

This Web site contains information about frogs, chickens, butterflies, fish, dogs, turtles, grasshoppers, and plants. For instance a tadpole will turn into a frog. A caterpillar will turn into a butterfly. An egg will hatch into a chicken. All of these are examples of life cycles. We had fun learning about all of these life cycles. Now we want you to have fun learning about life cycles too!
