Plants are one of the five kingdoms. How are plants different
from other kingdoms?
They are multi-cellular. This means they have more than one cell.
Most plants contain chlorophyll, which helps them make their own
food.
Most plants have roots, which means they cannot move to other
places.
Plants are eukaryotic. This means their cells have a nucleus and
are surrounded by membranes.
Plants are divided into two groups: Vascular and
non-vascular.
Some plants have flowers. Others produce fruit.
