Yearbook Pages

This year, we are once again allowing parents to purchase a page in the back of the Wacona Yearbook, much like a “senior page” in high school yearbooks.

The cost of a page in the yearbook is $30.

We are limited to 30 pages for this, so the first 30 students to bring a check to the library will reserve their page.  There is a limit of 1 page per student. The pages are in black and white.

You will create the page yourself, much like a scrapbook page.  You can place the pictures, text, stickers, etc. on the page however you want.  You can mount the pictures on the page using double-sided tape, scrapbook tape, or something like that.  The yearbook is created on the computer.  When you send in the yearbook page, I will place it on the scanner and scan it into my computer.  The photos will not be harmed in any way.  I will keep the yearbook pages until the yearbook is sent to the printer in April.  When the yearbooks are in, I will send the pages back home with the students.

The page should be 8 ˝ x 11 inches.  This is the amount of space you can fill.  Don’t worry about leaving a margin.

For best results, please use actual photos, not pictures you have scanned and printed at home.

This year we are offering 2 payment options:

A)    Send cash or check (made to Wacona) for the full amount of $30.

B)    Send cash or check (made to Wacona) for $10 now to reserve the page, send the second payment of $10 by December 10, and the third payment of $10 by February 10.

If you have any questions about the yearbook pages, you can call the library at 287-2357.
